Bruichladdich's 15-year-old from a bourbon hogshead (distilled November 2001, bottled February 2017) captures the Islay distillery's first years following its 1994-2001 closure. Unpeated malt and ex-bourbon maturation create a lighter, more delicate expression than the island's typical profile.
