Tobermory's 26-year-old represents an extended aging of the distillery's former 15-year-old expression, with over a decade of additional maturation developing complexity from its oloroso sherry cask finish. The combination of Mull's maritime influence and sherry wood aging creates a rounded palate of dried fruit, subtle smoke, and warming spice, bottled with natural color and no chill filtration. Named for the white-tailed eagles of the Hebrides, this is a contemplative dram for island whisky enthusiasts.
