This Laphroaig, distilled in 2005 and aged 18 years in a single refill hogshead, was bottled cask-strength in 2024 by Hunter Laing as part of the Old & Rare Platinum series. From one of Islay's most polarizing distilleries, expect the trademark medicinal peat and briny intensity, tempered by nearly two decades of maturation into 300 bottles.
