Tobermory 27 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish (The Waymarker)

Tobermory's final 27-year-old chapter in its Hebridean Series began with 15 years in bourbon casks before a 12-year Gonzalez Byass sherry cask finish—a deliberate structure that layers ex-bourbon refinement with oloroso richness. The extended Islay maturation has married the distillery's maritime, briny foundation with deep dried fruit and warming spice from the sherry wood. As the fifth and oldest instalment of this annual progression, it represents the series' culmination. A measured, complex island single malt for those following its development.
