This final release from Dramfool's Jim McEwan Signature Collection features Octomore 9.3, one of McEwan's three personally selected casks—a heavily peated expression at 156ppm distilled in November 2012 and aged for 11 years in first-fill bourbon before bottling at full strength in January 2024.
