Nikka's Coffey Gin is distilled using the iconic Coffey still and blends eleven botanicals, including Japanese amanatsu, yuzu, and sansho pepper with European coriander and citrus peels. The result is a multi-layered citrus-forward spirit with bright, zesty character and a long, clean finish. This gin works particularly well in a Negroni, where its complex botanicals can shine.
