- Description
- Nc'nean Aon 17-164 is an 8-year-old Highland single malt distilled from 100% organic Scottish barley using renewable-powered copper pot stills and finished in ex-Moscatel de Setúbal casks. Distilled in June 2017 and bottled in November 2025, this single cask expression showcases the interplay between Nc'nean's clean, spirit-forward character and the Moscatel cask's honeyed, floral influence. The relatively short maturation allows the organic barley character and yeast profile to remain prominent whilst the Portuguese wine cask adds subtle sweetness and complexity. An exceptional bottling for those valuing transparency, sustainability and the exploration of cask influence on spirit character.
