Description
Tormore's Speyside malt distilled in January 2011 and matured in a single bourbon barrel before bottling by A.D. Rattray at cask strength (65.2% ABV) in March 2020. Nine years in bourbon wood would have preserved Tormore's honeyed, refined character while adding vanilla and subtle spice from fresh oak interaction. Only 229 bottles were released under A.D. Rattray's Cask Collection. A robust, bottling-strength expression suited to those seeking Speyside intensity and rarity.
