Caol Ila 17 Year Old 2007 (cask 6) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)

Distilled in 2007 and matured for 17 years in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, this Caol Ila was bottled at cask strength by Signatory without colour adjustment or chill filtration. The extended time in premium sherry wood would have layered rich, dried-fruit complexity onto the distillery's signature coastal, peaty character.
