Distilled in October 1996 and finished in Sauternes casks before bottling in March 2010, this Caol Ila represents one of only a handful of dessert-wine-finished expressions from the Islay distillery. The combination of maritime peat smoke with honeyed, wine-soaked complexity makes this a singular expression.
