- GlenAllachie's fourth batch of 21-year-old was crafted from three vintage Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons hand-selected by whiskymaker Billy Walker, bottled at cask strength 51.1% ABV without chill-filtration. Just 2,000 bottles were released, each a concentrated expression of Speyside maturity shaped by premium Spanish oak.
