Description
Dallas Dhu's 1970 vintage represents one of the last bottlings from this now-demolished Speyside distillery, aged 30 years and bottled at cask strength by Signatory. The extended maturation in ex-bourbon wood has developed complex layers of dark fruit, spice, leather, and wood smoke with a concentrated, oily texture. The high alcohol (56.5%) carries flavour without harshness, finishing with persistent oak and dried fruit notes. A rare opportunity to experience a lost Speyside distillery in its maturity.
