This Caol Ila was aged for 8 years in a refill bourbon hogshead and bottled at cask strength as part of Na Bràithrean's experimental single-cask program. The Islay distillery's maritime smoke and brine character remain intact without excessive wood influence, yielding 103 bottles of focused, briny single malt.
