Daftmill's debut 15-year-old is a milestone for the Lowland farm distillery, made from Optic barley grown on the estate and distilled in summer 2009. Aged primarily in first-fill bourbon with one Pedro Ximénez cask adding complexity, it was bottled at cask strength (56.3% ABV) in December 2024.
