Ledaig's Hebridean Moon is a 10-year-old peated single malt from Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at robust cask strength of 58.8% ABV. Smoke and maritime character dominate the palate, tempered by vanilla and oak sweetness from the bourbon wood, while the full-strength bottling delivers a thick, coating texture. Uncoloured and unchillfiltered, this is the island dram for peat devotees who favour intensity over refinement.
