- Description
- Highland Park's 2023 release of this 21-year-old Island single malt draws from bourbon hogsheads and first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak, along with Rioja casks laid down between 1998 and 2001. Master whisky maker Gordon Motion selected and married these casks to create a characterful expression balancing Orkney's signature heather and smoke with rich oak influence.
