Blair Athol's 2008 distillate matured for 12 years before a finishing period in Bordeaux wine cask, bottled at cask strength by DS Tayman in July 2021 as one of just 94 bottles. The wine cask finish adds complexity to this Highland malt, layering fruit and oak influence over the distillery's characteristic orchard and honey notes.
