Ledaig from Tobermory distilled in February 2008 and aged seven years in hogshead casks, bottled un-chillfiltered by Signatory without chill-filtration to retain natural oils and compounds. The peated character combines with woody spice and briny notes from the island's influence and prolonged maturation. A natural choice for those valuing unfiltered, uncompromised peat expressions.
