Bunnahabhain 27 Year Old 1989 (cask 7714) - Revival (The Higginbottom)

This 27-year-old Bunnahabhain was distilled in December 1989 and aged in a single ex-bourbon barrel until October 2017, representing one of just 289 bottles released under the revived Higginbottom label. The extended maturation in refill wood allows Islay's coastal character—briny, smoky, and mineral—to develop without overwhelming sherry influence.
