- Highland Park's 12-year-old expressions are known for their balance of peat and heather honey from the Orkney distillery, and this 2018 limited edition marries whiskies matured predominantly in European and American sherry casks. The sherry cask influence brings dried fruit and spice to the distillery's signature maritime and gently smoky character.
