Bruichladdich 27 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

Strathmill's 11-year-old from Signatory was distilled in July 2009 and matured in a pair of first-fill hogsheads, bottled in November 2020 at 46% ABV. The Speyside character shines through with honeyed grain, subtle oak spice, and delicate floral notes developed by its time in fresh wood. Medium body with a clean, moreish finish that balances sweetness against gentle tannin grip. Best enjoyed neat or with minimal water to appreciate the distillery's refined spirit quality.
