Lagavulin 20 Year Old - Fèis Ìle 2020

Eden Mill's Lowland single malt is matured entirely in ex-oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks sourced from a Spanish bodega, bottled at 46% ABV as a core expression. The palate carries warm spice, sticky toffee and dark chocolate with undercurrents of dried fruit and subtle nuttiness, creating a rounded, accessible profile. This works equally well as an introduction to sherry-cask whisky or as an everyday dram for those who prefer sweetness and texture over peat.
