Distilled at Islay's Caol Ila in June 2012 and aged 10 years in hogshead casks, this un-chillfiltered release from Signatory captures the distillery's signature brine and peat character with maritime intensity. Bottled in November 2022 at natural strength, it retains the full texture and subtle oils that chill-filtration would strip away.
