Glendronach 33 Year Old / Sherry Cask Highland Whisky

Distilled in 1971 and matured for 33 years in Oloroso sherry casks, this GlenDronach set a benchmark when released in 2004 as the distillery's oldest expression to date. Dark chocolate, dried red fruits, cigar box spice, and bitter orange develop on the palate with a savoury, concentrated depth that only decades in quality cask can achieve. At 40% ABV the whisky remains mellow yet structured, with a long, layered finish. A landmark sherried Highland malt for serious collectors.
