Bunnahabhain's unpeated Islay character is transformed by 11 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, developing layers of dark fruit, toffee, and brine. Bottled at cask strength by Hannah Whisky Merchants in May 2021, this 213-bottle release captures the distillery's coastal minerality enriched by Spanish oak.
