- Description
- Bowmore's 12-year-old defines the distillery's 'medium-peated' identity, balancing iodine and white pepper against briny smoke and tropical fruit. The palate emphasises the fruit-forward character—pineapple, stone fruit—rather than peat dominance, with a clean, lingering finish. This is approachable Islay whisky for those seeking smoke balanced against complexity, equally at home in a casual evening dram or as a teaching whisky.
