This 2010-vintage Islay single malt was aged in five re-charred wine casks, developing jammy fruit notes alongside Caol Ila's signature peat smoke and brine. Bottled without added colour or chill filtration by The Single Malts of Scotland, it represents the distillery's characterful middle ground.
