Ardbeg 18 Year Old - Single Cask (Master of Malt)

An 18-year-old Ardbeg distilled before the distillery's 1997 takeover and bottled from a refill ex-sherry hogshead at natural cask strength (56.3% ABV), this single cask release is exceptionally rare given Ardbeg's post-takeover focus on its 10-year-old. Sherry maturation mellows the island's typically intense peat smoke while adding dried fruit complexity, limited to 252 bottles.
